HELLO FRIENDS!!!

The end of summer is coming in quickly... EEEK. To begin the long, sad goodbye to summer vibes, I'll be hosting a wonderfully therapeutic Cacao & Dance with EXTRA RITUAL on Saturday, August 22, 2026. It will be an hour longer to allow ample time for shares and integration.

I know, I know!!! We're all OVER BEING SAD. We've all done our grief work. I get it. And I ALSO KNOW that many of us are carrying things IN OUR BODIES that we don't even realize are there. THIS IS WHAT WE'LL BE ALCHEMIZING.

I'm still dreaming up the sequencing of the event. So far what's come through is that we'll begin with individual card pulls from Rebecca Campbell's oracle deck The Healing Waters. And then we'll journey with the waters thereafter in a custom ritual yet to be decided.

I got a lot of compliments on this one which feels so affirming because I switched it up on the fly that same morning as I tuned into the energy of the day. Soon enough I'll be doing this DURING a dance, but for now, this is where I am on my DJ journey. lol

OK EVERYONE. I understand that you all won't geek out on this next thing I'm going to share and that's ok. I showed it to my partner and he was like, so what's this for? LOL

This is for everyone who ever dreams about dancing LIKE THIS. The emotion expressed by the dancers in this video is really what brought my attention to Olivia Rodrigo's song, THE CURE which we had so much fun dancing to at my last event.

And last but not least... If you've been following my journey over the years, you know that I've struggled to find my writing voice and the perfect platform to share my thoughts. Well, I've finally decided to stop putting this exploration off and I've joined a writing course that runs through Oct!!!

To help me stay on track and allow space for you all to process your week, I'm starting a DANCE & JOURNAL hour at noon on Fridays beginning THIS FRIDAY JULY 24!!! CLICK HERE TO JOIN at 12pm.

The link will stay the same from week to week. You have options! Follow along with our rituals or simply turn off your video and sound and JUST WRITE. I'm happy to be an accountability space for you to get the work DONE.

Did you know that dancing is actually optional at my circles?

You can come and observe the whole time or journal and draw while we dance. This is YOUR TIME to choose what your journey in the group field will be. Syd (my 18 year old kiddo) will often sit with us for cacao and then she'll draw while we dance. Sometimes you'll sign up and then just feel so tired that you don't feel like coming. That's actually when you might benefit immensely from sitting within a community space. So come join us any time!
